Education on energy balance
With every Personal Training session I give out nutritional guidance. I am NOT a nutritionist but am able to determine the calories and macro-nutrients suitable for you, dependant on your body composition and current goals.
I will determine your muscle mass, body fat percentage, body age, visceral fat levels, water percentage and more and give you guidance and education on tracking your food, your protein intake and the best ways in which your nutrition can help you to achieve your goals.
Remember, you can't out train a bad diet! Education is key.
