Education on energy balance
With every Personal Training session or package, I give out nutritional guidance. I am NOT a nutritionist but am able to determine the calories and macro-nutrients suitable for you, dependant on your body composition and current goals. I have also completed some basic nutrition courses. If you don't want to track your food, that is totally fine too. I work on an individualised approach and we work together to find what works best to achieve your goals.
There is not a one size fits all approach to health and fitness. It should slot into your life and be enjoyable.
Remember, you can't out train a bad diet! Education is key.
