What is accountability coaching?

Ontrack is a bespoke program. It is not a workout or nutrition guide. It isn't personal training. It is not like any other kind of fitness program that has been offered before. Although I want you to work out and eat to fuel your body, it isn't JUST about that, it is about your LIFE! 
Together we can create a routine that fits into YOUR lifestyle. One that you can adapt, stick to, change your mindset and get RESULTS that last!

Why do I need an accountabilty coach?

Because trying to change your life is HARD! Research has proven that having someone to hold you accountable helps you to achieve your goals. It makes a huge difference to have somebody in your corner, supporting you, cheering you on and picking you up if you fall. Knowing that you will be checking in with your coach everyday, communicating your choices, making a plan together and being able to talk to them at the touch of a button is invaluable

Do I have to live in the UK?

As I will be coaching you all day and checking in with you frequently, we need to be in similar times zones

How much does the program cost?

The first month is £250 (Less than £10 per day to dedicate to yourself!)
Any additional months spent on the program are £150 per month

How long will I need to stay on the program?

My aim is to teach you everything you need to make this your new lifestyle. Getting started is the hardest part, so I will be there to help you get going, build a routine as quickly as possible and learn new lifestyle habits. Once you are confident in your new routine, you can go it alone! Clients should expect to spend  around one to two months on the program

What can I expect from my coach if i sign up?

It will be my job to help you create a routine that you can consistently stick to, create new habits and get results. I want you to feel empowered, to learn what works for you, to create a sense of self worth. I will be with you every step of the way. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed each day and be there to get you back 'ontrack' when you have a wobble! It will be tailored specifically to you,

What kind of contact will I have with my coach?

The program is delivered for ease and convenience through email, whats app, text message and voice notes, 6 days per week (Mon-Sat)

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no set meal plan with the program. I will help to educate you in terms of calories and macros to fuel your body in a way that works for you. If the goal is fat loss, the client must agree to eat in a calorie deficit

What type of exercise will I need to do?

I ask that you agree to move your body for at least 30 mins per day, 6 days per week. This could be anything from a brisk walk to yoga or swimming to resistance training. This is your plan and your journey so I want you to be more active but in a way in which you enjoy and feel you can stick to. As the weeks progress I will ask you to improve on the week before so that you can get the most from your movement

What if I have an injury?

You will need to seek clearance from your doctor that you are fit and able to undertake some levels of physical activity as this is a huge component to your journey
